Paste your images' URLs into the signature box (Profile -> Signature) with the [img][/img] tags on each of them.
E.g.
https://2img.net/h/i729.photobucket.com/albums/ww292/Lovinecko/Kbear-2.png" alt="" />
https://2img.net/h/i729.photobucket.com/albums/ww292/Lovinecko/hiphopobitoi0.gif" alt="" />

'Always allow HTML' has absolutely nothing to do with what you're trying to do.
